The municipality took over the bookcases two years ago with the doors not closing (none of them). The books got wet in the rain more than once, and the municipality did nothing to solve the problem afterwards. The users of the bookcases “close” them themselves with various improvised methods (mainly with branches or paper rolls, which is quite amazing (see attached photos). The complainant asks the municipality to solve the problem, i.e. to ensure that the doors of the cabinets can be closed in a civilized manner and that the books inside are protected from the elements.
