Parking barriers at trolleybus stops 73 and 76 on Izabella Street

I often see vans parked illegally on the sidewalk at trolley stops 73 and 76 on Izabella Street (Király Street/Izabella Street). The reason for this, in addition to the drivers being extremely careless, is that there are no parking barriers at either the Erzsebetváros or Terézváros stops. There used to be one at the Terézváros stop, but unfortunately they were knocked down and stolen and not replaced. I reported it in both cases, but the person in charge simply told me to call the police. By the time I call and they come out, the van has already driven away. I would like to see parking barriers finally installed at the stops. This is not a big request, but I don't see anyone willing to take action.
