Put the protective posts back at the Almássy Square zebra crossing

The sidewalk and zebra crossing on Almássy Square have been used for parking for years. The old pillars were torn down a long time ago, they have never been replaced, some have even been concreted over. The pillars should be put back in place so that pedestrians can use the sidewalk and the zebra crossing.
