A permanent solution to the illegal landfill site at the corner of Wesselényi/Kazinczy

Wesselényi-Kazinczy corner No Man's Land? West Balkan? What if the surrounding shops, restaurants, and residents didn't use the city center as an illegal garbage dump? Szimpla, maybe Karaván's security man would check and bag it every 2 hours? Or is there a better solution? The pictures were taken on different days.
