Chaos: “Push the engine through the drive-through point”

Wesselényi Street 32.

Status: Waiting for solution
I am a resident of Inner Erzsébetváros, I own a motorcycle and a car. I applied for a parking permit for the car… I got it online in 2 minutes. That way I can drive through the much-talked-about Wesselényi Street and Dohány Street. The good weather is slowly coming, and the motorcycle is about to come out of the garage, so I thought I would find out how to get a permit for the motorcycle to drive through. (I live on Akácfa Street, so from a traffic perspective it is inevitable that I will touch the aforementioned sections.) Since the world has come to the world, you don't have to pay for parking for motorcycles, and the Road Traffic Act also allows you to park on the sidewalk, you just have to make sure that there is 1.5m of free space for pedestrians. I thought it wouldn't be easy, but I started my search at EVIN. Since they handle parking permits and the accompanying entry permits. The story was bleeding from several wounds, at first the clerk had the problem that I already had 1 permit, then in the end it turned out that he couldn't give me a parking permit for a motorcycle, for the reasons mentioned earlier, since there was no such thing. The clerk jokingly remarked that I should push my motorcycle through the given areas. And I, not jokingly, indicated that he didn't mean it seriously. After that, it seemed logical that I contacted the enforcement organization, in this case the Erzsébetváros Police Directorate. After all, they would fine me anyway if I had the courage to ride my motorcycle through the fire of the cameras, for example at Kéthly. Here they took my problem a little more seriously, but of course they hadn't heard of anything like that either. They readily called EVIN for me, even though I indicated that I was coming from there. The phone was handled by a more qualified colleague than the one who worked in the customer service office. We didn't get any further, but they thought that since the camera system is operated by TOBI, I might try it there. TOBI is actually a "Freight Traffic Online Entry Information System", as the name suggests, freight traffic. Through them, you can apply for an overweight-oversized; or any similar case, a case-by-case or general entry permit for trucks. Their office is currently in Rumbach Sebestyén at BKK, and I told them what I wanted here too. But here I reached a dead end, because the first question they asked was the weight, i.e. how much the truck's axle load was. Since we're still not talking about a truck, but about a motorcycle, I ended up here for now. The clerk here recommended that I contact the Municipality. I only tried by phone, I reached a Customer Service representative, who of course said that he certainly couldn't help with this, he called 2 more phone numbers, which also belong to the office, the first one said "the number you called is currently unavailable, try calling later". While the second number was not answered after several attempts. That's all for now, but it seems that my story ends here, but it seems that the EVIN colleague is right, and that you can't travel by motorbike due to such a lamely created regulation. If you have the opportunity, could you share the story, maybe someone will give me an answer on where to go?
