A new house is being built next to the Dob kindergarten. The materials used were visible during the winter. They are of the poorest quality, and by the way, they were allowed to freeze in minus temperatures before construction. What is more worrying is the reinforced concrete part intended for the side wall of the top floor in front of the kindergarten, which is clearly far from straight even with the naked eye (it is worth taking a longer look at it from a static point of view). Shouldn't it collapse on the kindergarten or on the future residents? I don't know what the procedure is in terms of technical inspection, but it would be worth having a professional come out and take a look, because if there are visible defects that are glaring even to such semi-laymen, what could be hidden in the details...
