We would like to ask for help in tracking down the 'poop ghosts' on Munkás Street in the 7th district and in keeping the area clean! This section of Munkás Street (from Huszár Street to approximately the Munkás Street 3/A staircase) constantly looks like the one shown in the attached pictures. Previously, people who bought alcohol at the corner store used to come here to relieve themselves, but unfortunately, even closing the store did not solve this problem. There is a constant presence of human and animal urine and dirt on the sidewalk, which causes a stench, a lot of flies, and is not very aesthetically pleasing. It seems that the surveillance camera on the corner has no deterrent power either, because the perpetrators know that no action or consequences will be taken. Moreover, the dirt is almost impossible to avoid, so people bring it into the staircase and into their apartments. It would also be necessary to increase the number of high-pressure washers used to wash the streets, because although they do it, it is unfortunately only done quite rarely, so it is not a real solution. It would be good if the local government did more for the sake of the matter, with public area supervision, fines, etc. We would like to ask for help in this, trusting that Színes Erzsébetváros can help with the matter in the meantime.
