“The placement of scooters on the corner of Rottenbiller and Jósika Streets is still problematic.” This request has been received by us and this is certainly not the first time that the pictures attached by the complainant show that the careless placement of scooters is taking up the sidewalk, or is protruding into the roadway, or is completely taking up the capacity of the bicycle rack.
