For years, the covering of the columns of the arcades on Rákóczi Street in the VII. District of Budapest has been falling apart and falling onto the sidewalks. It is an amazing situation, reminiscent of war, which is a repulsive and astonishing sight not only for locals but also for foreign tourists, and it is only getting worse. The part in front of Rákóczi Street 30, 32, 34, and 36 is the part that needs urgent intervention. This is one of the most frequented and busiest main roads in Budapest, and the authorities could really care about this, since the properties here are owned by the municipality in large part. There was a time when the municipality in our district also took care of removing graffiti, but unfortunately this has been discontinued for some time now, so one of the busiest streets in the city center, Rákóczi Street, looks disgraceful in the arcaded parts. This is not only not attractive from the perspective of the tourist traffic that is now starting, but also downright repulsive. from the district to visitors. It's an unfortunate state of affairs, it would be good if the Municipality would spend some time and money on it.
