There is no room on the sidewalk at the corner of Wesselényi Rumbach

The terrace on the corner of Wesselényi and Rumbach takes up a lot of the area intended for pedestrians. In fact, even the pole holding the solar sail reduces the officially required 1.5 meters! But they design the tables and chairs in such a way that they narrow the sidewalk even more. Not to mention that the terrace is much larger than what has been customary for years, so traffic is difficult due to the trash cans placed there. Among these on-site inspections were when the catering establishment was closed, but there were also times when the terrace was completely designed properly and so far only once has it happened that the terrace was not designed properly, in this case, in accordance with the legal requirements and in compliance with the principle of gradualism, the establishment was given a warning sanction.”
