Színes Erzsébetváros was a local patriotic initiative founded in 2018. On a daily basis, we try to present the beauties of our beloved district, why it is really good to live here, and also its difficulties, for which we seek and find solutions. As civilians, we work along local issues for a more cultured, greener, human-scale Erzsébetváros.
Everyone would like the streets of our district to be characterized by cleanliness, high-quality landscaping, walkable roads, and well-kept public spaces. We love Erzsébetváros, where we live. We created this page in order to collect the pressing problems of our district and to organize their solutions using civil means.
Our place of residence is Erzsébetváros, and people are demanding about their place of residence. This part of the city hides many wonders, but also many problems, fallen signs, annoying road defects, damaged street furniture, damaged trees and many other anomalies. No complaint is too small, even the smallest vandalism, discarded waste, trampled street flowers deteriorate our quality of life! We believe that we can do something for a livable, clean and green environment in Erzsébetváros if we jointly collect and constantly update the list of local problems and look for solutions to them. We develop a problem map, then together with the residents we solve it step by step, or we call the district management to improve our place of residence.

My passion is Erzsébetváros. As a resident of Erzsébetváros, seeing the beauties and difficulties of the district in 2018, I decided to put all my previous professional knowledge at the service of my home in order to make Erzsébetváros a much better place: a place where it is good to live and where the district exists for the people and not the other way around. For the first time, I launched the Színes Erzsébetváros Facebook page, which in a short time with the daily topics that keep the residents excited about the VII. became the district's largest social media site and which already conveys to its 11,000+ followers all the values for which we should fight together.
Over the years, the initial small team has forged into a large and strong community. The year 2023 was very special for me and for our community. As a real team, we greened beds that had been neglected by the municipality for years in several places in the district, renovated benches and de-graffitied the facades of apartment buildings.
And we're not stopping, I'm not stopping here. I am honored that this great and truly colorful community wants me to serve Erzsébetváros as mayor. Let's do it for Erzsébetváros!
