Taxi driver parked on sidewalk obstructs pedestrian traffic

Last night, approaching the 70th and 78th trolley stops, I ran to the trolley stop to catch the trolley that was turning into Bajza. And as I ran past the taxi, which prevented me from running, since it barely left room on the sidewalk. On the other side, however, was the roadway where the trolley came. So what happened was that the trolley pulled past the stop, because I was in cover because of the taxi. The trolley driver couldn't see me. I ask the municipality to drive piles in front of the trolley stop so that cars can't pull up on the sidewalk there!
