Jobbágy Street would be good if it were only accessible to destination traffic

If Thököly út is congested (outbound), the regulars (mainly taxi drivers but also many other drivers) come in through the Keleti parking lot and Verseny út and drive along Jobbágy út at full speed, then go back to Thököly út via Dózsa György út. Jobbágy út is a narrow residential street, and it is very disturbing and dangerous to see so many cars driving along at high speed. It would be very good to have a sign saying that only destination traffic can enter, this would prevent drivers from escaping the traffic jam here.
