The complainant lives in an apartment on the side of Klauzál Square facing the public toilet, directly opposite the toilet. It is a serious and long-standing problem that alcoholics sit out on the paving stones surrounding the toilet during the day, and after 6 pm, when the toilet closes, partygoers come and go, drink in the public area, doing their business on the concrete next to the toilet. In addition, the complainant finds it inconvenient to open and close the window because he sees people doing their toilet needs there, and the stench constantly flows into the rooms of his apartment. “Why doesn’t anyone pay attention to this?” – asks the complainant. The part of the toilet where you can enter the square through the gate is covered in dirt and grime. In the summer, there are a lot of insects, they come to the smell, they fly into the apartments of the houses. The drinkers sit out on the side of the fence, they are loud, they fight, they use the toilet outdoors, in the public area. This is the case in winter and summer! According to the complainant, the toilet should be open 24/7, because in summer the situation is even worse due to the large number of tourists. The complainant fears the risk of infection and is upset that the problem he reported is obvious to everyone, which worsens after the toilet is closed, and yet the municipality has not solved it yet. The complainant requests that the problem be solved as soon as possible.
