The front of the 9-11 building is located a few meters inland from the street front, so a protected, unpopulated and invisible corner has formed at the firewall of building no. 13. This is used daily by drug dealers to do business and many others to urinate in the evening, but also by fans in large numbers and during the day during football matches. We often see these from our upstairs window. The plaster is missing up to chest height in accordance with this practice. It would be worth using some kind of motion-sensing floodlight/camera solution to make the corner less obstructed both day and night. The usual dealer was there when I wrote my letter, but when I took out the camera (to take the attached picture), he disappeared.
