Someone walking in the district may need help

There is a lady in a very bad mood who often appears on Peterdy Street. She curses loudly and paces up and down. There is no one with her. She argues with imaginary people. She appears at all times of the day. Maybe several times at night. I am used to not waking up to birds chirping, but it feels very bad that my one and a half year old hears this so often.
