I find it outrageous that theatergoers can use the public parking lot without being fined. Only one resident was able to park in the public parking lot, the rest of us can park much further away as usual. Then at 11 pm we have to go get our car and park because the theatergoers will be leaving by then. They don't pay attention to the fines at all, and of course they don't do anything about illegal parking, especially if you're taking up half the street because you came to the theater by car! The whole street is almost jammed at night, unbelievable...
