Noise and dirt at the Rainbow bar on Nagy Diófa Street

We would like to sleep in the apartment on Friday and Saturday at the weekend, and at night. But the place is noisy, which means that even with insulated/replaced/closed windows, the noise reaches the top floors. Nothing much changes after repeated requests, in principle they should close at midnight, but they don't, they probably appeal, but I haven't received any feedback about this. Unfortunately, the place is not only noisy, but also unsightly and dirty, I have already informed them of this. Please, wash the sidewalk in front of you, fix the business, there is already a pozdor in the broken window and leave the place after the party so that it doesn't make anyone who starts in Arán in the morning nauseous. Or if my son leaves on Monday morning and goes to school, he shouldn't go past the storefront full of trash amidst pee, poop and vomit, where last time they left a condom on the ground until dawn on Sunday.
