In 2018, seeing the beauty and difficulties of the district, we decided to put all our knowledge at the service of our home as residents here in order to make Erzsébetváros a place where it is good to live and where the district exists for the people and not the other way around: we launched the Colorful Erzsébetváros civic organization.
In recent years, Színes Erzsébetváros tried to contact local residents for their opinions in many ways, we addressed thousands of people. The creation of our program was based on many thousands of hours of personal conversations with locals, questionnaire surveys, interactive online and offline tools and discussions with experts.
We have compiled our goals according to four pillars:
- Order in Erzsébetváros!
- Effective Erzsébetváros!
- Green Erzsébetváros!
- Colorful Erzsébetváros!
